Pros and cons of Sound Touch app for iPhone and iPad

Sound Touch app good for

My son simply loved this app. I started with the free version but soon bought the paid one. It is very well done with beautiful pictures and sounds and gets constant updates. I strongly recommend !
My 15 month old loves this app. Every time he sees my iPhone he wants to play it. It could use more sounds, but overall a great app
My little niece loves this app. She started touching the different picures when she was six months old. She still loves it today- shes almost 1! Well worth the money- in fact Id gladly pay more for it. Excellent upgrades- well done. Everytime my niece sees me- shes looks for my iPod to play with this app. Ive tried a few other apps, this is the only one that puts a smile on her face and makes her laugh in delight.
My 17 month old loves this more than anything. When I need her to be quiet I bust out the iPad and Sound Touch will have her sitting quietly in my lap for at least ten minutes straight, every time! Very simple interface, I dont have to instruct her in any way, she just uses it and squeals with glee. She has learned more words using this app than she learned all last month. I have nothing but good things to say about this app!
My one year old loves this app, its easy and she can learn animals and such. A+
This is a great application, my 17 month old son loves it, and so do I because it buys me an extra 20 of sleep each morning I give him my phone. The material (sounds and pictures) are excellent quality and theres lots of it. Job well done!

Some bad moments

Has snake sound but a picture of a king cobra scared the crap out of my daughter having her throw the phone and crying historically
the pictures come up, but there is no sound. Support page is down. Fail for me.
Tab bar at bottom of screen has white background instead of blue. Cannot see white icons. iOS 6.
Many updates 300 MB for nothing only for adverds " new application is released" and update "Bug Fix" what bugs in this app ?!!
with that price i was expecting more fun waste my money i would suggest people look for other similar games for less price my 2 year son got bored quick
The app is actually very good but the developers are using upgrade announcement to get eyes focused on their pitch for their other apps. This wouldnt be quite as annoying if the upgrades were significant features, the app wasnt so enormous requiring large downloads, or they didnt put the sales pitch as the first lines of the description of the upgrade.
